What is the process?
1. Contact us
Use the contact us form, call us, or email and we'll reach right back out to you!
2. Schedule Initial Consultation
During our first phone call we will schedule a 30 minute to 1 hour meeting to go over ideas and questions, including an analysis of the property.
3. Design Proposal
You will receive a design proposal with a summary of what we discussed, including a contract to be signed and either full payment or down payment (depending on the package) to get the design started.
4. Design Presentation
Once your initial design is complete, we will meet to review the design.
5. Design Revision
Up to two requested revisions or changes will be applied to the final design.
6. Design Delivered
After the turn around time, we will meet either in person or virtual to go over the Master Plan and deliver the final design as soon as full payment is received. A hard copy will be hand delivered as well as a digital link sent via email.
Optional Follow-Up
We can get bids from contractors for you to choose to build your project and schedule a follow-up once construction has begun to ensure a successful build.
