Jean-Michel seamlessly combines his knowledge of nature and its beauty with the lifestyle of each individual client.
With the support of his native Coloradan wife and two wonderful kiddos, and after 20+ years building and designing in both the USA and France, Quartier's Designs is a labor of love.
